Whole30 Coaching

A helping hand.

Sometimes we all need a little motivation and accountability to truly tap into finding a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Facilitating Whole30 programs has helped thousands of people around the world! I am honored to offer this Coaching service!

I learned about this program in 2016 and have been a huge supporter since then! Initially, my goals for starting the program were truly superficial – I told myself this wasn’t a diet, but I absolutely treated it as such. While I experienced so many health improvements, the one that stuck out to me and others was the weight loss I experienced and because I focused on that, I was unable to sustain the new lifestyle. I’ve worked tirelessly on changing my mindset around diet culture, body image, and the program itself since then and the essence of the program finally clicked.

What is Whole30?

Whole30 is NOT a diet or quick-fix plan to drop weight. The core of the Whole30 is a healthy reset – a highly useful and successful tool for individuals to spend 30 days eating whole, nutrient-dense food while eliminating specific food groups that are known to be inflammatory or problematic in certain individuals. This program allows you to recalibrate your taste buds, face unhealthy food relationships head on, and provide you with your own experiences and results to determine which foods are most healthy FOR YOU.

After 30 days, there is a reintroduction phase in which you will reintroduce the eliminated food groups one at a time in order to properly assess how these foods impact YOUR body and health. The importance of this phase is often overlooked but is such an important part of the program. This is how individuals can identify which foods affect them and decide whether that food group is “worth it” as they move on from the program.

The Whole30 is not meant to be a Whole365, meaning it is not meant to be long-term. Often, people are overwhelmed with the number of changes and foods eliminated, but it’s important to note that it is only 30 days and the rules are not meant to be strictly followed lifelong. Once your program is complete and you have identified which foods you do or do not want to incorporate back into your diet, it is your choice as to how you eat moving forward. And if at any point you feel you need to reassess or feel that your eating has spiraled into unhealthy patterns again, you are free to use Whole30 to reset and recalibrate. Ultimately, the Whole30 will provide you with as much information as the effort you put into it. The Whole30 is amazing, and I cannot wait to continue to spread the positive message that this program provides!
